Moroccan black olives without lye
Beldi olives slowly cured with salt for months, then lightly flavored with thyme.
Why this product is different
Moroccan olives from Azilal and other regions depending on the batch. Bitterness is reduced with salt over about four months, without lye. No preservatives, with a touch of thyme.
Where does it come from?
Instead of speeding bitterness removal with lye, we let salt and time do the work. It is slower, but preserves the olive's natural character.
