Why this product is different
An old local variety from Azilal, not a standardized commercial almond. From certified organic farming, without chemical treatments and with organic manure. Cracked and sorted in the Aït Bou Oulli unit, then hand selected.
Where does it come from?
These almonds grow in different parts of Azilal on old local trees, mostly rain-fed and sometimes irrigated by springs and streams. They are hand harvested in late August and early September, then cracked and sorted in batches.
